Lead User Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to support projects that leverage the power of user-centered design. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing intuitive and efficient interfaces that meet the needs of users and stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in planning and facilitating discovery activities such as surveys, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze research findings, translate insights into user personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototype concepts for testing with real users.
- Design interfaces that balance user and business needs with platform capabilities and limitations.
- Drive iterative improvements to designs based on feedback from users and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain quality standards and advocate for design best practices within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing user-centered interfaces with a focus on usability and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
