Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing / handling the administrative lifecycle of conveyancing files, ensuring accuracy, meeting critical deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with all parties. Core Duties Handle full administrative duties for private property sales and purchases. Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, letters, and emails. Coordinate claims, searches, billing, and deadline tracking. Serve as a liaison for clients and third parties, addressing queries effectively. Perform all other assigned secretarial and administrative tasks. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a conveyancing or legal secretarial capacity. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and maintain meticulous records. Strong technical proficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
