Description:
We are looking for a skilled e-commerce operations assistant to join our team. As an e-commerce operations assistant, you will be responsible for managing inventory, quality checking, and stock counting. You will also manage return/refund cases from our online platform, handle walk-in customers, pack parcels if needed, label, wrap, and arrange packages for dispatch, and provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Work Requirements:
- No need working experience required
- Working hours: 4 hours per day (Flexible time, commit at least 3-4 hour per day)
- Weekday only
- Working area: Tannery road (near to Potong Pasir MRT and Geylang Bahru MRT)
