This is a hunter role for an energetic individual who thrives on street-level engagement, generating interest, and converting leads for our Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) pool. You will not be sitting in an office waiting for inbound leads-you'll be actively engaging the community and driving new growth. Key Responsibilities Actively identify and engage prospective PHV drivers to join our fleet Provide offerings and incentives Understand customer intent and timelines to build strong driver profiles Required Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about sales, mobility, and service innovation Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required Fluent in English; additional local languages are a bonus Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
