Job Responsibilities:
Accounting & Budgeting Management:
Oversee and manage full sets of accounts
Prepare and consolidate annual budget and rolling forecasts
Review and manage cash flow
Ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting standard
Business Partnering:
Work with heads of departments to manage organizational risks
Collaborate with the operations team to provide financial guidance and achieve business goals
Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and cost reduction
Financial Accounting & Corporate Reporting:
Prepare monthly management reports, providing insights into key variances
Develop and maintain accounting policies to align with business needs
Supervise and prepare annual financial statements and manage audits
Internal & External Audit Support:
Coordinate annual audits and resolve audit findings
Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and errors
Job Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accountancy
(or equivalent)
3-5 years of hands-on experience
managing full finance functions
Experience in
Electronics/Manufacturing
industries with knowledge in BOM/MRP/ Warehouse Management System preferred
Advanced knowledge of
financial reporting standards
and
tax regulations
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel , and
MYOB
experience is a plus
Strong
organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
