What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead the North Asia ecosystem and develop strategic partnership pipelines. Own OKRs, qualify partners, and close deals with strategic and target partners. Work closely with Circle leadership and cross‑functional teams to convert Web3 policy developments, market trends, and partner demands into strategic actions and resource investments. Build a metrics‑driven, high‑velocity business while delivering long‑term customer and partner success. Hire, train, mentor, and build a world‑class business development and sales organization. What You’ll Work On Managing, training, and leading high‑velocity cross‑functional teams Developing and forecasting on a metrics‑driven pipeline Working closely with the team on key deals to ensure strategic targets are closed and key inbound business is won What You’ll Bring To Circle 10+ years of selling Fintech or technology products and developing strategic partnerships in the North Asia region 5+ years of managing high performing teams Experience as a responsible officer of a regulated financial services entity in a North Asia Tier 1 jurisdiction Held a senior management role before, and understand the cross‑functional relationships required internally and externally to execute successfully Business fluent in Mandarin, and preferably Cantonese Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology Exceptional leadership experience with proven ability to hire, retain, and motivate employees Excellent pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities Experience/familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and GSuite Ready to travel up to 50% to external events and partner meetings across the Asia region Enjoy building at the earliest stages, contributing and improving company processes, and moving at a fast pace to help customers thrive We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Circle.
