Main Responsibilities:
  • Billing and Debt Recovery:
    • Accurate billing of hall fees and processing refunds for early withdrawals
    • Reviewing customer outstanding records and aging reports, with prompt debt recovery measures
  • Customer Service:
    • Engaging residents on queries/requests via various channels, ensuring quality resolution within SLA requirements
    • Processing requests for waiver of late fees, instalment payments, and lifting of barring for course registration
  • Procurement and Corporate Services:
    • End-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, goods receipt, and vendor payment
    • Supporting other corporate services and service management as needed
    • Updating and maintaining accurate records to fulfill administrative and financial requirements
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in finance/billing/procurement and customer service/relationship management
  • Background in student hostels, staff housing, or hospitality services an advantage
