Information Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced information systems professional to join our organization. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust information systems architecture, developing integration solutions, and translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in system design and deployment, ensuring seamless integration of multiple systems and technologies. Additionally, the successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design & Deployment: Ensure the effective design and implementation of information systems architecture, develop integration solutions, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
- System Maintenance & User Support: Monitor performance, apply updates and backups, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and provide technical support and training.
- Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity measures, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct audits, vulnerability assessments, and phishing awareness training.
- Data Management & Analytics: Support data warehousing, maintain data integrity and availability, and assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Innovation & Process Optimization: Evaluate new technologies, automate workflows, and improve system efficiency.
- Digital Transformation Initiatives: Contribute to cloud migration projects and other digitalization efforts to enhance organizational capabilities.
