Job Title: System Information Specialist

The Role:

  • Design, implement and maintain information systems architecture to support business growth.
  • Develop integration solutions and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design & Deployment - Create efficient information systems, develop integration solutions, and transform stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
  • System Maintenance & User Support - Monitor system performance, apply updates and backups, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and provide technical assistance and training.
  • Security & Compliance - Implement cybersecurity measures, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, vulnerability assessments, and phishing awareness training.
  • Data Management & Analytics - Support data warehousing, preserve data integrity and availability, and assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Innovation & Process Optimization - Evaluate new technologies, automate workflows, and improve system efficiency.
  • Digital Transformation Initiatives - Contribute to cloud migration projects and other digitalization efforts to enhance organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Experience in Microsoft Navision ERP, Power BI/Jet Reports/QlikView implementation including development, testing, and reports.
  • Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), Database (SQL/NoSQL), and Networking.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
