Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Assistant IT Manager. This role will play a pivotal part in assisting the Manager, Information System to plan, direct and support the overall information systems and cybersecurity initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in managing and executing IT projects and providing technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee cybersecurity measures for the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute IT projects that align with our strategic goals.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new information systems and technologies.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of IT teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to our information systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements and end-user computing.
  • Experience with conducting security risk assessments and incident management.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies - Office 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365).
  • Good work knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit/log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and security assessment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other cybersecurity credentials) are highly advantageous.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time within SEA.
