Responsibilities Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance projects. Perform system administration, implementation, and troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and Unix environments. Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, DNS, VPN, and firewalls. Ensure smooth operation of network and server systems through proactive monitoring and issue resolution. Requirements Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. With 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in server management. Proficient in managing network equipment and services (LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches, DNS, VPN, Firewalls). Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to participate in scheduled standby duties on a rotating basis.
