Roles & Responsibilities

About the role

We are a kueh shop seeking a Sales Admin and assistant outlet supervisor to join our dynamic team at JXK Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in Bugis,Central Region

What you'll be doing:

- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operation.

- Attend to sales enquiries on various channels including, website, phone, whatsapp, email & social media .

- prepare quotation and invoices

- Filing of hardcopy invoices

- consolidate and compile data to generate from template, sales reports, production reports, manpower reports, scheduling reports

- ⁠Manpower scheduling for operation staff

- ⁠Ocassional ad hoc administrative tasks and assisting outlet sales.

What we're looking for:

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Drive/Sheets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good time management and organizational abilities

- Good communication and customer service skills

Job's Requirement:

- Able to work 6 days per week

- Shift 8am to 8pm, 1-hour lunch break

- Degree holder in any major (for Malaysian Epass Application)
