Sales Manager
Our Client is part of a larger manufacturing group specializing in carrying case design and production.
Responsibilities:
Channel Management:
Responsible for the overall operation and management of offline retail channels (such as distributors) in the Southeast Asian market, prioritizing the Singapore market, and subsequently extending to surrounding Southeast Asian countries; develop channel strategies, optimize sales performance, and increase market share.
Market Expansion:
Gain a deep understanding of Southeast Asian market dynamics, formulate and execute market entry strategies to drive business growth.
Sales and Operations:
Set sales goals, monitor sales data, and optimize supply chain and inventory management.
Team Leadership:
Lead the retail team, enhance team performance, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
Customer Experience:
Improve customer satisfaction and optimize the offline shopping experience.
Requirements:
Over 8 years of retail management experience, with at least 5 years in team management.
Regional Experience:
Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, with experience in offline channel development and management, and rich channel resources.
Skill Requirements:
Excellent strategic planning and team leadership abilities, with data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is preferred as there will be correspondence with Southeast Asian stakeholders
