Overview We are seeking a passionate and proactive Client Experience Executive to join our Group. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between our customers and multiple brands under our portfolio (2 Main Companies) — ensuring that every interaction reflects our company's commitment to excellence, consistency, and care. This position plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing inquiries, and supporting smooth daily operations across business units. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact point for customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other social platforms. Handle booking requests, feedback, and issue resolution professionally and efficiently. Maintain a strong understanding of each company's products, services, and processes. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience. Support marketing and administrative initiatives when required. Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Communications, or related field.At least 1–3 years of customer service or client relations experience, preferably in a multi‐brand or fast‐paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). Strong problem‐solving abilities with a customer‐first mindset. Able to multitask and handle multiple brand portfolios efficiently. Additional Skillsets (Nice to have but not compulsory)Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Knowledge of social media or live chat customer support platforms. Familiarity with the automotive industry.
