Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Are you a leader with a passion for hospitality? Do you have what it takes to manage a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences?
As a Restaurant Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts. This includes supervising staff, ensuring high-quality food and beverages, and providing attentive service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management : Supervise daily briefings, assign tasks, and manage staff deployment across service areas.
  • Guest Experience : Ensure guests receive attentive service and resolve issues or complaints in real time.
  • Cleanliness and Safety : Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Kitchen Coordination : Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and timing meet expectations.
  • Inventory Control : Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and placing orders for supplies when needed.
  • Administrative Tasks : Handle basic administrative tasks such as cash reconciliation, shift reports, and checklists.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Leadership Experience : Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Communication Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking : Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Restaurant Operations : Solid understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
  • Health and Safety : Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and quality assurance.
  • Schedule Flexibility : Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
