Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves working with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, and possessing a good understanding of user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions
  • Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications for the development team
  • Support user research activities and incorporate user feedback into requirements documentation
  • Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI tools to improve business processes and user productivity
  • Facilitate communication between government stakeholders, product owners, and the technical team
  • Create and maintain process flows, user journey maps, and requirements documentation
  • Contribute to basic wireframes and user flow diagrams in collaboration with UX designers
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
  • Support change management initiatives and user training programs
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues

Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in government digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of government IT policies, processes, and compliance requirements
- Understanding of GCC concepts, terminology, and security classifications to facilitate requirements gathering and documentation
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools
- Experience in agile methodologies and working with scrum teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences
- Good understanding of user experience principles and best practices
