This specialist is particularly crucial during initial and final stages of heavy maintenance checks, contributing to timely and successful completion of work.
- Raising cards in the ERP system
- Ensuring correct setting of part due dates in the ERP system
- Providing administrative support to the production department
- Assisting maintenance planners with relevant tasks
- Scanning completed task cards and supporting project archiving
- Filing completed task cards to maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Prior experience in accurate and efficient data entry
- Experience working with ERP systems required
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team environment
- Capable of working in an organized and detail-oriented manner
- Confidence in decision-making and clear communication
- Support-oriented mindset, willingness to assist where needed
