Manage o365 and GWS security configuration such as mail rules, conditions access and others. Manage user identities and permissions within o365 and GWS, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and license management. Implement and maintain security policies, perform regular security assessments, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Provide support for o365 and GWS issues, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to applications, connectivity, and performance. Monitor o365 and GWS services' performance and proactively identify and address potential issues. Optimize service configurations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Implement MS Active Directory group policies and other security configurations. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures. Support various cloud-based environments, including IaaS and PaaS. Who are we looking for?Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification. Minimum 5 years of working experience in managing and administering collaboration platforms in an enterprise environment. Certification of Associate Google Workspace Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is preferred. Expertise in o365 and GWS including administration, security and third-party integrations. Deep understanding of enterprise IT policies, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues in a large-scale environment. Experience with identity and access management (IAM), SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) integrations. Deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, security configuration, group polices management, AD schema extension and certificate authentication. Sound knowledge of MS Active Directory integration with Azure AD or Azure Hybrid. Demonstrated excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
