Job Overview The successful candidate will be part of the Information Security Department within the Information Technology Division. Key Responsibilities Assess and analyze vulnerability reports from security researchers, vendors, and tools to understand their implications on our environment. Oversee vulnerabilities related to attack surfaces, ensuring they are promptly mitigated. Perform internal vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, ensuring remediation of identified issues. Provide expert advice and recommendations to teams on effective vulnerability remediation. Support SIA's red teaming, penetration testing, and bug bounty initiatives. Stay updated on cyber threats, vulnerabilities, attack methods, and threat intelligence; evaluate their impact and initiate mitigation actions. Develop automated solutions to analyze data sets and vulnerability reports for actionable insights. Propose initiatives to improve the security posture based on current and emerging security solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 6 years in the IT industry, with at least 4 years in vulnerability management or similar roles. Strong understanding of vulnerabilities and remediation techniques (e.g., OWASP Top 10). Experience with attack simulation, penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security testing. Skilled in root cause analysis and technical solution implementation for vulnerabilities. Proficient in handling large datasets and detailed vulnerability analysis. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain security concepts clearly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred certifications: OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN or equivalent. We thank all candidates for your interest in Singapore Airlines.
