At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we pride ourselves in providing solutions that directly impact our customers' ability to mitigate and manage risk. About the Role The role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. The position focuses on optimising clients' utilisation of our products and services and includes retaining and renewing existing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, ensuring partner/customers are on the supported version of the solution, and spotting up‐sell and cross‐sell opportunities to refer to the regional sales representative. In this role, you'll hold a book of existing customers that you'll manage through their lifecycle, ensuring on‐time renewals and creating upsell opportunities where you'll drive additional transactional usage or additional user licenses to increase revenue. Responsibilities Delivering exceptional relationship management and client support Nurturing the assigned book of business and identifying growth opportunities where applicable Meeting assigned targets for renewals and incremental revenue Identifying client training requirements and maintaining accurate records of training delivered Ensuring partners/customers are using the latest or supported version of the solutions used Providing quarterly updates to reporting manager Updating all opportunities in CRM timely Ensuring that partners/customers are effectively onboarded within the stated SLA Requirements At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales Ability to manage a book of partners and partner life cycle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers Proactive and empathetic in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues Excellent analytical and problem‐solving abilities to identify trends and opportunities Adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams Results‐driven with a focus on delivering exceptional partner and/or customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth Detail‐oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software; experience in SalesForce is desired but not required Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‐time Job function Sales and Customer Service Industries: Banking and IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
