This role will support financial planning and reporting, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across the region.
You will be part of the regional HQ team, playing a key role in executive-level reporting, profitability analysis, and business planning.
The Talent
Degree in
Finance, Business Administration , or equivalent
Minimum 5 years
of experience as a
Business Analyst or Financial Analyst
Strong command of
MS Office
(especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in
SAP , financial/budgeting models, and
macros
preferred
Excellent
analytical ,
communication , and
interpersonal
skills
Ability to present insights clearly to
management and senior stakeholders
Proficiency in both
English and Korean
(verbal and written) - this is highly preferred to communicate and work with native Korean stakeholders
Job Description
As a Regional Business Analyst, you will: Analyze large datasets to generate
sales, profit, and overhead reports
Monitor financial performance, conduct
variance analysis , and identify cost drivers
Prepare
monthly and quarterly presentations
for
C-level executives , translating insights from Korean to English and vice versa
Work with product managers and cross-functional teams to investigate
P&L discrepancies
Support and improve
financial planning processes and reporting frameworks
Deliver timely and accurate financial data to support business decision-making
Lead or support
executive-level presentations
and external meetings
Ensure
compliance with internal policies
and support risk mitigation in financial reporting
