You will be an analytical and business-oriented Market Data Specialist joining the Commercial Data & Analytics team in the Pharma and Life Science industry. Your main responsibility will be to provide actionable market insights through data analysis and support strategic and operational decision-making at global, regional, or business unit levels. Your role will involve driving a culture of data-driven decisions by utilizing internal and external data sources effectively.Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough market sales data analyses using various data sources such as IQVIA and Nielsen to deliver critical business insights. You will collaborate with global, regional, and business unit stakeholders to assist in leadership reporting and decision-making processes. It will be essential to interpret large datasets, identify trends, correlations, and insights that are pertinent to business strategies. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in promoting data-driven decision-making by proactively sharing analytical findings across the organization.Additionally, you will be involved in supporting operational analytics, including managing market definitions and integrating POS data. You will design, update, and manage recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to reflect key business metrics. Utilizing tools like Power BI and Snowflake, you will create and maintain visual reports and dashboards. Your role will also entail coordinating and consolidating data collection from various countries across different portfolios and ensuring timely execution and delivery of data reports from structured databases. Moreover, you will assist in building and optimizing data models and workflows to enhance reporting efficiency.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Market/Sales Data Specialist, preferably in supporting international pharma companies, is required. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is essential, along with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis. Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI is preferred, along with a successful track record in preparing data and querying databases. Strong visual and project management skills are necessary to effectively represent analyses and findings to the business. Good communication skills are also required to present analyses and findings to stakeholders. The ability to multitask and strong management skills for stakeholder coordination are additional qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.,
