Main Duties and Responsibilities Managing all aspects of campaign delivery, from set up to lead delivery, whilst monitoring progress throughout Preparing and creating campaign collateral in line with client expectations Communicating with key stakeholders to assist with the smooth running of campaigns Working cross-functionally in commercial PODs to understand client needs and recommend the correct product strategy Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure the campaign is meeting expectations Using specialist software such as Integrate and Convertr to set up and deliver campaigns Collecting and analysing data to produce detailed, analytical end of campaign reports for clients Evaluating operational processes with a critical eye, identifying areas for improvement; making informed recommendations to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and align processes with strategic goals Exhibit strong leadership qualities by providing direction, inspiration, and guidance to the operational team; drive a positive and high-performance culture, fostering collaboration and achievement of strategic goals Apply strategic thinking to assess the long-term goals of the organisation and align operational efforts accordingly; consider the bigger picture to make decisions that contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the business Demonstrate strong problem‐solving skills, addressing challenges with a systematic and analytical approach; proactively identify and resolve issues, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes Ideal Candidate Requirements Excellent time management and organisational skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and to a high standard. A solid communicator, both written and verbal Able to confidently engage with people of all levels and maintain cohesiveness between your team, internal departments, suppliers and clients, in order to help support and produce great work. Able to articulate thinking and pass on instructions and feedback accordingly. A champion of internal process, with strong attention to detail. Appreciates that what you put in directly affects the end result.
