**The opportunity**:
The Campaign Manager will be working as part of an agile team to manage digital marketing campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital platforms. Together you will help elevate and grow digital marketing expertise, improve customer experience and champion digital marketing innovation across various industries.
Working closely with the client Marketing and Digital teams, you must be an effective communicator who can provide counsel to our clients as well as collaborate with internal teams and partners to create outstanding work. Skillful delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget is a must. Attention to detail and strategic thinking/problem-solving abilities are qualities we value highly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and communicate briefs, scoping of work, timelines, expectations, key outcomes and learnings.
- Work with creative, data and Salesforce development teams to support campaign requirements and test the content.
- Oversee quality control and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate activities.
- Preparing campaign performance reports of engagement rates, benchmarking and other such performance indicators to demonstrate impact.
- Identify opportunities for client success by studying performance numbers in line with industry trends.
- Actively contribute and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with the client.
**About You**:
- 3+ years relevant work experience in digital marketing, CRM & Loyalty and/or technology space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the curiosity to learn new things and the ability to work well and collaborate in team environments.
- Adaptable, resourceful, possess the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects under time pressure while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Experience providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Knowledge of HTML
- Experience with Photoshop
