Job Description Publicis Groupe is seeking a talented individual to join our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands in Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition. This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future-proof their business while being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer, and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences. The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow. Responsibilities Biddable Campaign Management Lead the enforcement and utilization of Workflow Jira across all biddable buyers , assigned TAAG (Technology & Activation) traffickers, and Regional and Local markets . Own the biddable regional Campaign Tracker and oversee the status of all current and upcoming campaigns daily. Run regional biddable and TAAG campaign status calls as necessary. Communicate directly with biddable buyers and TAAG traffickers to receive updates on campaign status or outstanding tasks. Manage Regional and Local markets to ensure SLAs are respected through negotiation and education. Identify emergency campaign requests and work with biddable buyers to define suitable timings. Ensure timely delivery of end-to-end biddable activation, including tactical media planning, campaign setup, QA, go-live confirmations, reporting, and finance. Proactively communicate with Regional and Local markets to ensure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, media plans, and client approvals. Review and report monthly on the team’s delivery timeliness and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement. Lead internal status calls, identify delays, and implement resolution steps. Create process documentation and conduct training to ensure effective campaign management and process adherence. Strategic Projects Support the Biddable Operations Director and Biddable Hub Lead in operational improvements. Review current processes and suggest enhancements to support daily campaign operations. Team Act as the liaison between biddable buyers and Regional and Local markets . Collaborate with the Biddable Operations Director and Biddable Hub Lead across all business areas. Work with other Biddable Campaign Managers to standardize knowledge
