Program Overview

The Gen-X Program is an 18-month leadership development program designed to differentiate emerging leaders. It provides training, expertise, experience, and mentorship to prepare participants for leadership roles at GenScript.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Ph.D. or MBA with Master’s degree in Life Science (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, etc.).
  • Solid research background in gene synthesis, protein expression, and related molecular biology techniques, with hands-on experience in designing and executing experimental workflows.
  • Willingness to grow and excel in cross-functional areas including research & development, production operations, project management, and business development.
  • Passion for Life Science, strategic mindset, and strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment, with initiative to set priorities and exceed goals.
