Team Description:
Global Next is our in-house creative, strategy, and production team dedicated to brands and agencies. We help advertisers build creative campaigns that are good for brands, good for people, and make good use of X. We value diverse backgrounds, ideas, ethnicities, religions, and experiences. We thrive on our ability to recognize, read, and adapt to cultural signals, leaning into creative and technological trends to meet our ultimate goal of building campaigns worth talking about.
Who You Are.
We're looking for an experienced Brand Strategist who excels at crafting audience-centric ideas, strategies, concepts, and creative recommendations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can light up a room as a storyteller, bring collaborative energy, and has the drive to do what's best for both our clients and X's business in the region.
What You'll Do
- Align audience insights, platform strengths, and marketing objectives through innovative and creative use cases of the platform.
- Manage end-to-end responsibilities for accounts, from short-term RFPs to long-term projects, including C-Suite presentations and building groundbreaking activations on X.
- Drive thought leadership within agencies and brands around the creative potential of X, becoming a student and an expert of the platform.
- Navigate the multilayered dynamics of agency, client, and marketplace, tailoring outputs and speaking points to each audience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital media and/or integrated marketing at an advertising agency, brand, or platform/publisher (multidisciplinary experience preferred).
- Experience in building headline-worthy creative concepts, media solutions, and/or content programs at scale that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of X as both a user and a marketer, including understanding of advertising products and monetization model.
- Strong creative and design skills, with experience in crafting compelling storylines and data-supported presentations to impact revenue.
- Ability to leave impactful impressions through presentations and pitches.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to gaming industry or commerce is a plus, with fluency in Mandarin preferred.
- Proven experience in building ideas, solutions, and activations for brands across the diverse SEA region.
