Job Title: Key Procurement and Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement and administration professional to join our team. As a Key Procurement and Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures, executing procurement activities, and preparing tender documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, execute procurement activities, and prepare tender documents.
  • Supply Chain Management: Conduct market research, engage suppliers with stakeholders, and guide evaluation committees.
  • Office Administration: Manage general office supplies and services, prepare departmental reports, and coordinate issuance of onboarding equipment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience working in both public and private sectors with good understanding of procurement processes is an advantage.
