We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
The role involves procuring goods, materials, components, or services that meet specified cost, quality, and delivery targets. This includes conducting sourcing/competitive quotation to ensure the best value is achieved for the company, evaluating and negotiating orders with selected suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
In addition, the successful candidate will achieve Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC) and ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures. They will also resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on work process efficiency.
The requirements for this role include a diploma in Business Administration/Procurement/Supply Chain Management or equivalent, at least two years of experience in procurement as a buyer, SAP hands-on experience, and Microsoft Office skills. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and planning skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced shared services environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Procurement/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer
- SAP Hands-on and Microsoft Office experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & planning skills
