**Procurement Specialist Role**
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and evaluate suppliers, products, and services to meet business needs.
- Purchase Orders and Contracts: Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders and contracts with suppliers.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control procurement costs, striving for cost reductions without compromising quality.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all procurement processes comply with policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Reporting: Prepare procurement reports, analyze procurement data, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- Certificate or Degree: A certificate in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Procurement Software: You should have experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in procurement, administrative, or supply chain roles is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Business Central) is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
