Service Crew Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to take on the role of Service Crew. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, and ensuring customers have a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests in a friendly manner
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries such as ordering drinks
  • Prepare mise en place and drinks for service
  • Receive cash payments from guests, make change, verify charges, and record transactions
  • Maintain a neat and tidy outlet at all times
  • Clean and prepare the outlet for operations
  • Ensure tables, flooring, and station cleanliness before and during operations
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards
  • Inform guests about current and upcoming promotions
  • Have knowledge of menu items, particularly potential food allergens

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide customer-oriented service
  • Be a great team player
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage with guests
  • Hold a valid food hygiene certificate
