Job Title: Service Crew

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service Crew member to join our team at Titan Casual Dining Pte. Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and drink orders with precision and speed.
  • Offer personalized menu recommendations based on customers' preferences and product knowledge, showcasing your expertise in our offerings.
  • Fulfill all customers' orders and requests promptly and satisfactorily, exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and drinks presentation, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the service team to achieve seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests once they have left, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including outlet maintenance and preparation for the next day.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet, including tables, chairs, cashier counter, and dining floor, upholding high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
  • A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.
  • Ability to work 5.5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, maintaining a flexible schedule.
  • Food Hygiene Certification preferred but not essential, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
