About the Role:
This position involves delivering exceptional customer service to hotel patrons. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing reservations, ensuring room rates and availability align with guest requests.
- Handling registration duties, reviewing guest check-in information, and assigning rooms according to preference.
- Managing guest inquiries through incoming calls, following up on requests, and completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
