Responsibilities Assist the team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including presentation preparation and roll-forward of key deliverables, aligning with internal stakeholders to deliver insights on business performance to leadership. Support annual and quarterly forecasts by developing projections for key P&L drivers, modeling profitability under different scenarios, and providing insights for leadership presentations. Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects, providing project management support for system enhancements where relevant. Assist with ad hoc projects and analyses involving cost efficiency, automation, planning, and data validation. Requirements Degree in Finance/Accounting, CIMA/CGMA or equivalent qualification is preferred. 3-5 years of related experience in finance; experience in audit is also considered, especially for those switching from other finance roles to FP&A. Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail are essential. Self-starter with initiative, dedication, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments, and provide clarity and structure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
