P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading name in the aviation industry, and we are looking for the right talent to be a part of the HR team
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the team in daily tasks and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Manage the team’s overall work and be accountable for the daily HR operations team.
Act as the bridge between the team and other internal/external stakeholders to support the deliverables.
Able to identify areas of improvement in processes and actively propose changes.
Develop new Standard Operating Procedures and ensure they are kept up to date.
Monitor and provide feedback on staff performance by providing real-time coaching as required.
Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree graduate with 3-4 years of HR administrative experience.
Able to multitask and possess good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Have prior experience leading a team.
Able to work with ambiguity and constant changes.
Independent thinker with the ability to quickly sort through information and develop appropriate solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Working Hours / Location:
Mondays – Fridays; 8.30am – 6pm.
Changi Airport.
