Talent Acquisition Partner - SEA Region @ APL Logistics | Empowering APAC Talent Strategies About the Role Supervise all activities in the assigned division/LOBs to ensure a smooth sailing daily operations and business needs are met while maximizing productivity and minimizing costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and address non‐compliance cases. Depending on the division, work with external vendors and manage contingency workers to meet operational needs. Support functional strategies and work with the (Senior) Manager Country Operations to manage the performance and capabilities of the team. Responsibilities Operations Management & Compliance Ensure effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals. Supervise activities in the assigned division/LOBs, including monitoring purchases required for daily operations. Monitor quality of daily operational activities and introduce interventions to address non‐conformance. Plan and arrange daily logistics and schedules. Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders – both internal and external. Assist in managing operational risks in the assigned division/LOBs. Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies. Keep up‐to‐date with changes in company policies, local regulations and ensure compliance. Investigate and address non‐compliance and ensure corrective actions are taken. Insights, Reporting & Others Prepare monthly reports for various stakeholders. Review and assess performance of vendors. Analyze operational issues, identify patterns and provide suggestions to resolve challenges. Ensure proper documentation is kept where required. Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely submission to Finance for
