Events & Marketing Support Assist in planning and executing open house/parent seminar events. Manage social media platforms (FB/Instagram/Xiaohongshu) to post course updates. Requirements Fluent in English & Chinese (must handle bilingual parent communication). 1+ year experience in customer service/front desk at an educational institution. Proficient in Office, especially Excel data management. Basic social media operations (posting on FB/IG/Xiaohongshu). Strong multitasking ability. Friendly when interacting with children/parents. Detail-oriented, patient, able to handle emergencies. Passionate about the education industry. Employee Benefits 14+ days annual leave.
