We are looking for an
Operations Executive - Security
to oversee daily Visitor Registration Center (VRC) operations, including managing security systems, carpark management equipment, and access control. Additionally, you shall witness e-waste disposal and shredding exercises to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise outsourced security staff and manage daily security operations.
Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and carpark management system.
Manage Card Access and Facial Recognition System in creation and updating access credentials.
Ensure proper functioning of the carpark management equipment and daily car park usage.
Respond to any incident and breaches quickly and effectively.
Oversee and witness e-waste disposal and shredding exercises to ensure safe and compliant handling of sensitive materials.
Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
Possess a PLRD License
Any qualification in security management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations.
Experience with security systems, card access, carpark management, and e-waste disposal.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
