Responsibilities: Assist the Head of School in the administration of the teaching faculty and programs Coordinate the pre-and post-stages of Start of course (SOC) for each study term, including course planning, resources control and class scheduling. Support the planning of student development activities. Attend to the daily operational and student matters. Oversee programme operations, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement. Maintain up-to-date documentation, KPI progress tracking to support with internal and SSG audit. Participate in regular academic meetings and annual school activities. Perform any assigned duties as requested by the management. Requirements: O level / ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma holders (Degree holders may apply) Good communication skills Fresh school leavers who are willing to learn and contribute are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude Good command of English and Chinese is required to build and maintain effective relationship with Chinese speaking students Preferably with 1 year of working experience in clerical/administrative support Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
