We’re looking for an Editor-in-Chief — a visionary storyteller and editorial leader who can shape the voice, strategy, and impact of our growing ecosystem: ️ The Terrific Talkshow – live monthly conversations on leadership, creativity, and courage The Terrific Edition – a weekly multimedia newsletter featuring compelling stories and insights The Terrific Foundation – social impact and advocacy initiatives giving back to communities What You’ll Do Lead editorial strategy across The Terrific Edition and The Terrific Talkshow. Curate and shape compelling conversations for the Talkshow, including guest selection, discussion flow, and storytelling impact. Commission, edit, and publish high-quality features and interviews for The Terrific Edition, ensuring authenticity and insight. Manage a creative team of writers, videographers, and contributors. Collaborate closely with the team to translate The Terrific Life’s mission into impactful editorial content. Develop partnerships and features with creators, changemakers, and thought leaders. Shape long‑term storytelling strategy to grow audience engagement and brand presence.
