Think Tank Studio is looking for an Editor to create and execute content for our in-house publications.

**Objective**
- Develop and execute content plans
- Contribute to the editorial output of the studio
- Work with the studio’s teams to produce content for both internal and external editorial projects

We're looking for someone with:

- Strong writing and content production capabilities with the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
- A genuine interest in research, writing and reaching out to youths
- An openness to learn and grow core responsibilities

As our EDITOR, your core pillars of work are to:
1. LEAD in the conceptualisation and execution of our in-house publications
- Plan and be responsible for the content and quality of editorial and publication content for the magazines, ensuring the timely and successful publication of each issue.
- Plan and produce creative innovative multi-platform digital executions and content.
- Take responsibility to learn & grow in a new area of learning and lead in knowledge-sharing with the team.
- Discern & improve on the requests, offers, and promises required to help project stakeholders and clients experience a greater level of satisfaction with the company’s work.

2. DEVELOP the capabilities of the writing unit
- Contribute articles, as well as generate ideas for articles and stories with writing staff.
- Editing and re-writing articles and stories, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writers for revision.
- Produce, write, edit and oversee digital content production in various formats (e.g. podcasts, explainer videos, interactive articles).
- Manage working relationships with writing staff (full time and/or freelance) and designers for related projects.
- Help maintain and uphold the writing standards of the unit.
- Develop and grow pitching and proposal skillsets in the unit.
- Raise the profile of the assigned projects, through either networking, presentations, or media assets.
- Proof-read and copy write for any other Company related publications or projects
- Handle any other Company-related matters as may arise or be assigned by the Managing Editor or Editor-in-Chief.

**General**
You must have the ability to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively or otherwise have the willingness to learn.
**Team Structure**: The Editor will work under the direct supervision of the Director as part of the Editorial unit.
