Job Title: Expert Ramen Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality ramen dishes that meet our standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency.
  • Manage food orders efficiently and ensure timely serving of all food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and workstations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve broth development, noodle cooking, and topping assembly processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling fast-paced work environments.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certification is a plus.
