Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality ramen dishes that meet our standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage food orders efficiently and ensure timely serving of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and workstations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve broth development, noodle cooking, and topping assembly processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling fast-paced work environments.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Food Safety and Hygiene certification is a plus.
