About the Role Join an exclusive premium membership club delivering bespoke experiences in entertainment, travel, sports, and wellness. We are seeking Relationship Managers passionate about luxury lifestyle and client engagement to attract, retain, and grow our member base. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to attract new members and grow membership. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members through networking and events. Conduct personalized club tours, showcasing amenities and benefits to prospects. Maintain accurate member data in the CRM system. Collaborate with Concierge and Lifestyle teams to create promotional campaigns and exclusive events. Gather and analyze feedback to improve the sales process and enhance member acquisition. Track and report on sales performance and progress toward targets. Requirements Tertiary education preferred. Minimum 2–3 years' experience in hospitality, private membership clubs, or luxury service environments. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and networking skills. Resourceful, independent, and driven.
