Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will assume a leadership position in our organization, overseeing the execution of transactions and guiding a team of Associates and Analysts.

This key role involves managing the operational aspects of prospective deals, including client relationship management, transaction execution, supervision, and guidance in analytical deal documentation creation, and deal generation.

The successful candidate will possess strong industry analysis, financial analysis, and modeling skills, including DCF, SOTP, and valuation.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure clear and timely updates on deal progress.
  • Manage the operational aspects of prospective deals from origination to conversion into clients and finally into mandates.
  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate services/products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with the investor community, including Private Equity Funds, Banks, and Sponsors.
  • Develop new business relationships and enhance existing ones.
  • Lead and manage the team, assigning tasks to team members and providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend both qualitative and quantitative data and communicate clearly.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific sectors/industries, including their issues, trends, and outlook.
  • Proficiency in building financial models using financial tools and spreadsheets.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, manage multiple transactions and projects, and perform well under pressure in various situations.
