Job Title: Senior Transaction Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transaction Support Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

The Senior Transaction Support Lead will be responsible for leading and executing Transaction Support engagements, including financial due diligence and other aspects of buyside support services. This will involve conducting preliminary reviews on potential targets, assisting in term sheet development, providing input to definitive agreements, and project managing to assist with the completion of transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team leading and execution of Transaction Support engagements
  • Performing Transaction Support work, including financial due diligence and other aspects of buyside support services
  • Conducting reorganisation work to help clients assimilate target for corporate growth
  • Assisting in other advisory work, such as valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and business planning
  • Working closely with directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy or Business
  • Professional qualification in accounting (an added advantage)
  • Ideal 5 years auditing experience acquired within an accounting or professional services firm
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment
