Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Transaction Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute their skills and experience in transaction support, corporate advisory, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and execute transaction support engagements, including financial due diligence and other aspects of buyside support services.
  • To conduct preliminary reviews on potential targets, assist in term sheet development, provide input to definitive agreements, and project management to assist with transaction completion.
  • To perform reorganisation work to help clients assimilate target companies for corporate growth.
  • To assist in other advisory work such as valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and business planning.
  • To work closely with directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accountancy or Business.
  • Professional qualification in accounting is an added advantage.
  • Ideally 4-5 years auditing experience acquired within an accounting or professional services firm.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong analytical & evaluation skills, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Service oriented and commercially focused, we seek confident, extremely well-organised candidates who can analyse and make things happen, and work effectively in a highly motivated environment.
