Senior Transaction Professional

- Our company is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing transaction support engagements.
- Leading teams and overseeing the execution of transaction support work, including financial due diligence and other buyside support services.
- Performing reorganisation work to assist clients with assimilation of targets for corporate growth.
- Providing input to definitive agreements and project management to ensure the completion of transactions.
- Assisting in other advisory work such as valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and business planning.
- Working closely with directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities.
- Degree in Accountancy or Business.
- Professional qualification in accounting is desirable.
- Between 4-5 years auditing experience acquired within an accounting or professional services firm.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong analytical & evaluation skills, and good interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented and commercially focused, we seek confident, extremely well-organised candidates who can analyse and make things happen, and work effectively in a highly motivated environment.
