Transaction Support Lead Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Support Lead to join our team in a Senior role.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy or Business and possess professional qualification in accounting. They should also have at least 5 years auditing experience acquired within an accounting or professional services firm.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing Transaction Support engagements, including financial due diligence and other aspects of buyside support services. They will assist in term sheet development, provide input to definitive agreements, and project manage to ensure the completion of transactions.

  • Team lead and execution of Transaction Support engagements.
  • Performing Transaction Support work, including financial due diligence and other aspects of buyside support services.
  • Conducting reorganisation work to help clients assimilate targets for corporate growth.
  • Assisting in other advisory work, such as valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and business planning.
  • Working closely with directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities.
