Job Role

We seek a skilled professional to support corporate development activities such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the legal aspects of M&A transactions from inception to post-closing integration.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents with key stakeholders.
  3. Cordinate legal due diligence and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align legal advice with business objectives.
  5. Liaise with external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  6. Advise on legal and regulatory risks associated with transactions.
  7. Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
  8. Support integration planning and execution.
  9. Monitor and manage post-closing obligations and claims.
